Cathy has worked nearly all of her professional life in the real estate industry as a part of title and escrow. She has been a member of the US Title team for the past twelve years in which she has provided invaluable leadership and experience for our Union Park office. During her career she has assisted individuals, real estate professionals, and lenders with their wide variety of title needs. Cathy is from the Salt Lake area is married with two children and three granddaughters. In her spare time she enjoys a relaxing round of golf or time at the lake boating.

Torri Matich

Escrow Officer

Torri is a licensed escrow officer and marketing agent and has been with US Title for the past twelve years. She has been a part of the title and real estate community as a professional since 1986. Torri's expertise is in facilitating settlements, sales and management. Torri resides in Sandy with her husband Michael. They are the parents of three children and have four grandchildren. When not hard at work helping her clients she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and playing golf.

Karinna Garnica

Escrow Officer

Karinna Garnica has been in the title insurance industry for over 6 years, starting as a receptionist and working her way into being an Escrow Officer. Karinna brings a special skill to the closing table and real estate transaction as she is bilingual speaking fluent Spanish. This is a great skill set as she realizes how scary the purchasing of a home can be for someone who is not familiar with all of the terms in the English language. Karinna feels it is very important for her to share her knowledge with the Spanish community as she was born in Mexico and wants to make them feel at ease when purchasing, selling or refinancing their home. While she was born in Mexico, she grew up in Southern California and considers herself a California girl (even though she has grown to love skiing). Karinna is the proud mother to a daughter and loves being able to spend time with her. She has a love for life, her family, and adventures!

Terrie Lund

Sales Manager

Terrie has been in the Title and Escrow Industry for over 12 years and loves this piece of the real estate transaction. Terrie is a licensed Escrow Officer and Continuing Education Instructor, however, she chooses to use her powers as a Sales Manager. Terrie’s ability to understand what the client is talking about when they have questions regarding a file is a great asset for US Title. Terrie is an active member in the Salt Lake Board of Realtors and was awarded Affiliate of the Year in 2017. She serves on many committees both in the industry and outside of it. Terrie has been married to Dave for 20 years and they have 3 amazing children and 2 hairy dogs. She loves being involved with her children and all they do. What Terrie enjoys most are the simple things - great coffee, good food and amazing conversation with her family and friends.
